Ofelia Loera

Ofelia Loera has been working with families in the Phoenix area as a real estate agent since 1999. In 2019, after 20 years, Ofelia decided to take her career to the next level and obtain her Broker’s license. Her goal in doing so was to open a firm that could better cater to the needs of her community, and so Avenue43 Realty was born.



Keeping up with the ever-evolving real estate industry is important to her, so she places special emphasis on continuing education, which gives her the confidence and ability to represent your best interests throughout the real estate transaction.



As a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Ofelia is specially trained to represent buyers, helping them get the best possible price for the home they desire. Clients choose to work with her for this reason, and also for her ethics, experience and expertise. Ofelia has consistently shown the ability to satisfy clients in the buying and selling of their homes, ensuring that when they leave her office, they have a complete understanding of the process.
